It is a deep winery tradition in Montilla-Moriles to let young pedro ximénez grape wines rest in traditional jars (concrete amphorae) or “tinajas”. Under their own “velo de flor” (veil of flower), they acquire corpulence and personality.
That is Fresquito, nothing more and nothing less. A young and great wine at the same time, the prelude to a generous but with all the freshness and expressiveness of the vintage. In other words, it is drinking the authenticity of a village wine from the interior of Andalusia.
