Until a few decades ago, the Sierra de Montilla was home to baladí-verdejo vineyards that were very well adapted to the altitude, climate and albariza soils. Today this variety returns with all the energy from the hand of this wine of great freshness and intense aroma.
Its mouth is young, soft and especially refreshing thanks to its vegetal and saline tones. Its gastronomic versatility displays a thousand possibilities to enjoy.
