Pérez Barquero G1 BRUT NATURE is the result of a long experience in R + D + i in collaboration with the Vitenol group of the University of Córdoba. The second fermentation in the bottle has been carried out with native yeast from veil of flor, innovative and baptized as G1, isolated in the first half of the 80s and originally from Bodegas Gracia (Pérez Barquero group). Made with Pedro Ximénez grape base wine, from the best Albarizas estates, and expedition liquor of old fortified wines.
