Coexisting with the Pedro Ximénez, other aromatic white varieties are Baladí-Verdejo, Layrén, Moscatel y Torrontés, here known as vidueños (in a generic way) in order to be distinguished from Pedro Ximénez, which is the queen varietal and is almost exclusive to our DO.
