Between the Guadalquivir, Guadajoz and Genil rivers, in such a generous wine-making area as Andalucía, the soils of rich calcic carbonate -called “Albarizas”- have all the required qualities for the growing of the PEDRO XIMENEZ vines, our single varietal.
