Traceability: wine is born in the countryside, with the selection of the best land for the vines, the suitable grape variety and the appropriate cultivation system; it continues with the production, growing and ageing and finishes with the final bottling and packaging before sale to the consumer.

It is a long process conducted by strict controls of quality endorsed by the award to our Company of the ISO9001:2000 Standard and BRC's Higher Level (top qualification by the British Retailers Consortium).
